Balancing
your diet and home life is a challenge faced by many of us every
day as we juggle the many demands with our time. No matter who we
are, achieving balance is the only way for total health. However,
people become weak and unhealthy mainly because of 4 reasons:
Contamination of Environmental Hormone, Internal Hormonal
Imbalance, Nutritional Imbalance and Emotional Imbalance. This is
where ACHIEVING BALANCE SYSTEM (ABS)
comes in, and this program will help you bring the balance back
into your life by restoring and recharging your personal life
batteries.
1.
6 STEPS TO ACHIEVING BALANCE

Since we were born,
we are continuously taking in nutrients as well as toxins. Toxins
are inhaled, absorbed through the skin or ingested everyday from
polluted air, water and diet. Our exposure to toxins is increased
through smoking, overindulging in alcohol, taking medications,
making poor dietary decisions, not drinking enough water and using
household chemicals. Toxins are passed from the intestines to the
liver (via the portal vein), where they can then be detoxified.
As a result, liver detoxification is the first and most important
step for total health. Weighing about 4 pounds, the liver is the
largest gland of the body. Liver serves many functions in
digestion, energy production, as well as a detoxifier. Therefore,
maintaining proper liver function is the first and most important
step for achieving balance, followed by colon & kidney cleansing,
as toxic substances need to be excreted in forms of stool and
urine via colon & kidneys. Hormonal balance comes into picture
after that, as the liver needs to function well for complete
replenishment of HGH, the most important peptide hormone for youth
and beauty. Absorption should then be enhanced after completing
the first three steps of internal balancing. Proper dosage form
comes into consideration. Generally speaking, liquid is easier to
be absorbed than solid form.
External balance can
then be proceeded after internal balance has been taken care.
Taking too much of protein-based diets will cause acidity, the
major reason of chronic diseases nowadays. As a result, intake
alkaline food will balance the body’s pH to slightly alkaline.
Finally, complete nutrients strengthen body systems and eventually
head towards the final health goal – Achieving balance.
