Dorothy Hall College of Herbal Medicine
This
College trains herbalists to specialist level. Its philosophy is
naturopathic, and ancillary subjects are also taught to support diagnostic
skill and accuracy. Established for thirty-three years, its hundreds of
past graduates are in demand world-wide. Nutrition, iridology, herbal
medicine, materia medica, Bach flower remedies, biochemic psychology and
differential diagnosis form the progressive structure of subjects offered;
each subject building from the preceding one. Gradually, the students
comprehend and understand a system of diagnosis and treatment which has
had historical integrity for thousands of years, as classical herbal
medicine.
A
Diploma of Herbal Medicine from this College is earned at the completion
of the full course, acceptable for accredited member status with ATMS. The
College is a combination of internal/external study; based at Mittagong
for the ‘face-to-face?teaching with all other teaching materials
posted to the student. Regular teaching weekends are held in Mittagong and
all information/syllabi can be obtained by writing to the address below,
enclosing a S.A.E. All subjects are taught personally by Dorothy Hall, who
has had over 40 years of professional experience.
Dorothy
was the inaugural president of the ATMS from 1984 to 1987, and is now a
Life Member. She is the author of nine books on naturopathic subjects, and
has appeared on many television and radio programmes.

in 1987 and Dorothy Hall now teaches her course exclusively at this
